If you receive your notice after you’ve already made your required payment, no action is needed on your end.  We encourage you to utilize our online payment option, or the automatic payment option on our phone line. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this may have caused.

 

We are currently experiencing a high call volume resulting in a greater hold time than usual. If you would like us to call you, please email phs.settlers@exlservice.com with your name, policy number, phone number and a brief message.

 

Billing Notice Update - 3/8/22

Due to an issue generated from supply chain disruptions, we are aware that billing notice delivery may have been disrupted for some of our customers.

  • If you receive a billing notice and already paid your premium for the due date listed, no action is required.
  • If you have not received your notice and it has impacted your policy, we apologize for the inconvenience and want to work with you to resolve the situation. Please keep in mind, that automatic bank draft is available if you are interested. Please contact our customer service team at the number provided on your notice and they will be happy to help. Thank you! 

 

Administrative Change

Effective January 15, 2022, administration of your policy will transition to EXL Services. As of this date they will take care of your customer service needs. There are no changes to your policy coverage due to this administrative change.

Premium payments should continue to be mailed to the address listed on the billing notice.  

 

1099 Update

1099-INTs, 1099-Rs and 1099-NECs were mailed on Friday, January 28, 2022. Please allow a couple of weeks for the mail delivery. Please note, if you have multiple policies, you will be receiving a separate 1099 for each of the policies this applies to.


We feel deeply for those who have been affected by COVID-19 and we are here to help. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure we are offering solutions that meet our customer’s needs, we determined that on September 1, 2021 we will be resuming our pre-pandemic lapse policy. We will be reimplementing our 60-day grace period that is stated in each of our policyholder contracts. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support.
