Use the Settlers Life Payment System for fast, easy payment processing with Settlers Life. Simply click on the 'Make a Payment' button to pay your bill directly from your credit card or bank account. You will be automatically redirected to Settlers Life's secure Payment System website. To make a payment, you will need your policy number(s), which can be found on the left side of your billing statement.  If you need to change your billing address, please click here.

For security purposes, we do not store any personal information or financial information for future use. Settlers Life's Payment System can be used for one-time payments only. You cannot set-up recurring payments using the Payment System.

Important Notice to All Settlers Life Bill Payers

There are online bill pay websites (such as DOXO.com) which may offer to pay Settlers Life premium statements or bills.  These websites are NOT authorized vendors or services for Settlers Life and the use of them could result in your premium payments being delayed, lost, or misidentified.  Settlers Life does NOT recommend or encourage usage of these services.

One-time premium payments with Visa, Mastercard, checking account or savings account.
2-4 business days after payment is accepted.
Upon successfully making a payment and providing your email address, you will receive an email with your confirmation number.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Policy number
  • Insured's Last Name (to verify the policy and determine the premium amount to be paid)
  • Valid Visa, Mastercard or bank account information.
  • Valid email address

The payment system will not accept or reflect a partial premium payment. Please contact Policyholder Services for additional assistance.

The payment system will only show one monthly premium payment at a time. If you owe more than one month's payment that will not be reflected within the Payment System. If there are any doubts about the total amount due on your policy, please contact Policyholder Services.
